Cancellation Policy

At Pushkar Adventure Desert Camp, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team.

Standard Cancellation Policy

For bookings made during the regular season:

• 7 days or more before the arrival date: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be applicable.
• No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided.

We appreciate receiving cancellation requests as early as possible so we can accommodate other guests.

Cancellation Policy During Peak Season

The following period is considered Peak Season:

• Pushkar Fair
• 21 December to 3 January (Christmas & New Year Week)
• Holi Week

For bookings during these periods:

• 15 days or more before the arrival date: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the arrival date: No refund will be applicable.
• No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided.

How to Cancel a Booking

Cancellation requests must be submitted through one of the following methods:

• Email
• Phone call

Cancellations made through any other medium may not be considered valid. If we do not receive a proper cancellation request before your arrival date, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and the applicable cancellation charges will apply.

Group Bookings & Special Events

For group bookings, corporate events, private celebrations, weddings, retreats, or other special events, separate cancellation terms may apply. These conditions will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that all guests purchase suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events that may affect their travel plans.
